I have found the F1 club really enlightening as I have learnt how to manage a team successfully. I have grown as a person through the F1 club as when I started managing the team I found it to keep everyone on task, furthermore I found it difficult to explain in depth what I wanted them to do. After a couple of weeks of F1 I have found successful ways of keeping the team on task, which has in turn helped my communication outside the classroom.

I enjoy F1 because it is a very collaborative project and I get to input my ideas into making a real life object.

F1 has been such an amazing experience for me as it helped me with my communication and leadership skills. I enjoyed working together as a team with others and taking on a new challenge.

F1 in schools gives us an opportunity to collaborate with our peers on designing, engineering, as well as the enterprise of a formula 1 car. As a graphic designer, I’ve worked on multiple design elements which go into the F1 process such as drafting a color scheme, creating a logo, designing a pit display, and working on the design of the car itself.
